About the role
As Sales Director your mission will be to help establish GetResponse as a leader in marketing automation software in the Nordics. The role is in the business development area, so we’re looking for individuals experienced in sales to mid-market/enterprise accounts, negotiations and robust pipeline-building.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Ownership of sales performance in the territory, achieving growth and hitting revenue targets
- Successfully building a robust pipeline of sales opportunities among greenfield mid-market & enterprise accounts
- Presenting sales reports, forecasts and key business data to the management team
- Effectively communicating GetResponse’s value prop thru meetings, webinars and expos
- Helping the Marketing Team and Partner Program Team to establish an even bigger mindshare of our product in the Nordics.
Here’s what we expect from candidates:
- University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in business development and sales management
- Experience in the B2B SaaS industry will be a plus
- Network and portfolio of accounts/agencies using marketing technology will be a plus
- 'GTD' attitude and tolerance for a fast-paced environment where not everything is 'playbooked' yet
- Understanding of digital advertising landscape and e-commerce industry
- Fluency in Digital Marketing and E-commerce will be a plus
- "Builder” mindset and getting enjoyment out of creating your work reality instead of executing processes (although we have a few of those too!)
