Information about the team:

At ING Tech Poland, we operate in accordance with the Agile approach, based on agile methodologies, ie Scrum and Kanban. We are an innovative organization that bases its actions on trust in the people we work with. Thanks to great freedom of action, we stimulate motivation and creativity, which speeds up work and allows us to flexibly adapt to the changing expectations of our business partners. The basis of our organization are small units called squads, which have a clear vision of their product, overcome emerging challenges on their own and together work out the most flexible and effective methods of operation. The main task of Transaction Monitoring teams is to analyze the so-called alerts (i.e. unusual, non-standard activities on customer accounts). In addition to these basic tasks, investors are often involved in additional tasks such as updating procedures, checking the work of colleagues, training, administrative tasks. Within the Transaction Monitoring area, we have teams dealing with transaction monitoring, optimization and remediation (the so-called lookback).
