Kyriba is hiring an experienced Accounts Payable professional for a newly created Shared Services Center servicing countries within Europe, Asia and North America. 

• Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Complete invoice processing procedures efficiently and accurately
  • Prepare payment proposals
  • Communicate with business partners regarding approvals of invoices and payments, vendor inquiries, disputes and discrepancies.  Identify and resolve issues timely
  • Comply with relevant accounts payable policies and procedures
  • Reconcile the AP Aging to vendor statements as assigned and resolve discrepancies
  • Reconcile AP invoices to vendor contracts as assigned and resolve discrepancies
  • Analyze key metrics and make recommendations for improvement
  • Complete special projects as assigned.  In 2021, this will include projects related to the implementation of a new Purchase to Payables process and ERP
  • Support Financial Statement and Tax audits as assigned
• Experience Requirements
  • 6+ years accounting experience
  • 4+ years experience within an Accounts Payable Shared Services Center
  • Knowledge of the Procure to Pay process
  • Knowledge of Internal Controls or US SOX is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, CPA or equivalent preferred
  • Fluency in English is a must, French fluency preferred as a second language
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, seeing needs and stepping in to fill them
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Detail oriented and driven to meet and exceed expectations and deadlines
