Tasks:
Process all reservation requests, changes and cancellations received by phone. Identify guest reservation needs and determine appropriate room type. Verify availability of room type and rate. Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers. Accommodate and document special requests.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in hospitality/sales or a customer facing role is preferred.
- Fluency in spoken English & Dutch is essential for this role.

Hours:
Open 7 days a week. The shifts can range from 7am start up until a 10pm finish week days & a 8.30pm finish weekends. 37.5 hours a week
