Requirements:

* University degree in Communication, Marketing Economics, Finance or Engineering

* At least 3 years’ experience gained from interactive Sales Support or Account Management, Customer Service and/or related functions

* Fluent in German & English, written and spoken, is mandatory

* Computer skills: strong knowledge level for Office suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Office 365

* Good analytical skills

* Strong communication skills, both written and oral

* Ability to multitask and deliver on several, parallel tasks/projects

* Customer Focused (internal & external)

Description:

 

Inside Sales Representative’s goal is to support, grow and work alongside the Inside Sales Lead and be part of a rising team within the organization.

This will happen by providing support to the Sales Organization and Emerson’s European customers, by getting involved in various types of activities and projects that positively impact the way the Sales Organization uses time and resources.

Inside Sales specialist will also hold a strong role in new process/workflows creation, optimization and/or implementation.

 

Responsibilities:

* Work closely with the Inside Sales Manager and help consolidate existing and upcoming activities in the Inside Sales Department

* Develop and maintain a durable, productive relationship with Sales Managers and other departments to facilitate internal coordination of tasks

* Handle timely & effectively all tasks assigned by local leader or by Sales Manager

* Participate, actively, in projects nominated or driven by Sales Director and/or Inside Sales Leader

* Masters direct customer contact and is responsible for account management of agreed accounts, from the Sales Office portfolio

* Create/Update internal reports or overviews that requires gathering data from different locations, systems and/or departments

* Support Sales Managers & customers with phase in / phase-out programs and product transitions

* Offer pricing, quotation assistance to Sales & adjacent functions like Customer Service team for a faster and correct data entry of orders in the system

* Work effectively to support the Sample Order & Forecasting process

* Act as back-up for Sales Managers when needed

* Identify & implement improvement ideas to workflows and internal procedures

* Keep internal Inside Sales Task Tracker updated daily

* Distribute Emerson literature to our customers – marketing information, technical data, product guides, customer communications, etc.
