Vistatec‘s Program Management has an opening for a Junior Project Manager. This role involves direct client and vendor communications as a Junior Project Manager for specific Project Managers as well as support to other PM team members when volumes peak on different accounts.

Our team works as a global team, with PM/PC/PA support covering all time zones. We work hard to train and develop our resources and maintain very low turnover as compared to the industry standard.

Main Duties & Responsibilities 

• Ensure that the client receives a superior standard of project management & customer service
• Deliver all projects on time and within budget in accordance with client requirements
• Work closely with Program Management on account proposals and other program business
• Monitor on-time deliveries and ensure successful completion of linguists’ tasks
• Maintain and update of training material and knowledgebases, ensuring consistency across the program, suggesting and share best practices
• Manage and support the linguist community, monitor their performance, supervise them, provide training on tools and processes, identify where correction is needed and follow up accordingly
• Work closely with internal support teams to process improvements push process and tools to high levels of efficiency and production
• Provide support and partnership to the program counterpart on the client’s side
• Interact, communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders - regular meetings, sync-up calls, status updates etc.
• Regular reporting and analysis of quality data, deriving clear insights to present to stakeholders including status reporting customized to clients’ needs
• Hosting conference calls between translators and reviewers
• Working with the client, reviewers and translators on quality improvement initiatives
• Central handling of queries and support requests
• Work closely with PM and Program Management team to deliver highest standard QBR presentation to client

  Requirements

• Ideally 2 years + experience in a similar role
• Language skills requirements - Ideally Multilingual
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt to change
• Experience using Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Calendar
• Ability and willingness to learn new tools
• Self-starter with an ability to process and retain a high volume of information, particularly during the training phase.
• Willingness to continuous learning and development.
• Working independently with support offered in-house and on-line tools (email, instant message, video conferencing)
• Technical proficiency working with and troubleshooting different computer platforms, tools and ability to understand proprietary systems.
• Ability to prioritize tasks as needed
• Flexible around working hours

Ideally, the candidate will have/be

• Previous face to face communications over video chat
• Experience with Google online tools such as Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.
• Ability to read and follow documented processes
• Working in a quality certified environment also a plus (ISO, etc.)
