Senior Affiliate Account Manager

What you will be doing

The Affiliation team is currently building the next generation Affiliation Concept and is restructuring its entire program from A – Z. Moving away from its static set up, the department is heading towards a much more dynamic and active direction.

You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment within our in-house digital marketing agency where you can also expect to work very closely with internal stakeholders. This is the perfect time for you to get involved and make a difference!

Specific responsibilities

• Have a holistic and focused approach to marketing analysis while working closely with Managing Directors to adjust marketing and strategic direction to achieve commercial performance KPIs for the upcoming quarter/year
• Develop an affiliate marketing strategy to scale up new revenue sources in Finland with a multi-brand approach
• Manage a portfolio of high-value affiliate accounts with the objective of expanding the number of new depositing customers and increasing overall NGR and ROI.
• Monitor and analyse affiliate performance to measure affiliate effectiveness and work with key stakeholders to develop forecasts in line with budgets for all markets 
• Identify and cultivate top performers and develop incentive programs to reward key partners.
• Create monthly promotions and communications to affiliate marketers.
• Develop affiliate recruitment and affiliate program marketing campaigns.
• Implement strategies to increase quality and yield of Key affiliate partners.
• Generating new affiliates, reactivation of existing affiliates already in our system, and creating long-term client relationships across all Mr Green and William Hill product verticals.
• Ensuring all material with the assigned affiliate portfolio is up to date; campaigns, bonus offers, links and reviews.
• Comprehensive review of sites on a regular basis to make sure all brands are being promoted in a localised, compliant, and responsible manner.
• Managing multiple accounts across the digital marketing spectrum, including Social Media, PPC, SEO and Data Analytics
• Delivering on Key Result on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis with clear and concise reporting and analysis
• Attending industry events

What we would like to see from you

• Strong experience in the digital marketing landscape and affiliation
• Proficient communication in the Finnish Language (Native preferred)
• Strong written and verbal, English communication skills.
• Minimum 2-3 years affiliate account management experience, within iGaming sector
• 2 years hands-on Digital Marketing experience
• Experience using NetRefer and/or Income Access is a must
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, such as Excel and Power Point
• Knowledge of BI tools, data extraction and analysis
• Fluency in a second language is considered an advantage but not essential.
• Strong sales, negotiation, decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Highly analytical and numbers and performance-driven
• Excellent networking skills
