Media Manager Nordics

What you will be doing

With acquisition through digital channels as primary focus, the Nordic Media Manager will be responsible for player acquisition through digital marketing for our flagship brands Mr Green and William Hill in both Denmark and Sweden. The Media Manager will own all campaigns and digital media channels and work closely with internal key departments and external agencies to ensure customer acquisition targets are met. The day-to-day work will have a variety of responsibilities, all with the aim of improving our digital performance across channels and activities. This role reports directly to the Managing Director for the Nordics and comes with both direct and indirect reports within digital marketing and affiliation.

Specific responsibilities

• Hold the digital budget for Denmark and Sweden with acquisition accountability
• Work closely with the E-Commerce team and media agencies to analyze and improve day to day performance
• Own our campaign plan and ensure execution across relevant channels
• Own all content related to online acquisition, including imagery, display banners, landing pages, SEO content, PPC keywords and videos.
• Report on regular basis on acquisition performance to Management
• Continuous product testing of ourselves and competitors
• Keep exploring new digital opportunities, channels and concepts. We are looking for a digital expert with the curiosity and creativity, to challenge the status quo.

What we would like to see from you

• Minimum 2 to 3 years working in Digital Marketing, preferably in the iGaming industry
• Must be native-level Danish, fluent Swedish an advantage
• Experience with tracking tools such as Google Analytics as well as a deep understanding of main KPIs in online acquisition strategies and how these KPIs interact
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Sports knowledge is considered a plus
• Excellent analytical skills and a born team player
• The ability to work across multiple teams in a matrix organization and manage project deliveries within tight deadlines
• Highly organized
• A deep understanding of Nordic consumer behavior, media landscape and mentality.
