Community Manager

What you will be doing

William Hill International is looking for Danish Community Manager to lead our brand positioning in the digital space. The Danish Community Manager will hold the responsibility of the Mr Green brand with the main focus on Social Media and sponsorship activation. The Danish Community Manager will own our Social Media channels and work closely together with local agencies, to ensure an engaging brand presence for the Mr Green brand. Social Media is the key focus, but we are open for all ideas you might have on how to position the Mr Green brand in Denmark. You will also work closely with our local sponsorship partners within different sports, to ensure these are activated and utilized fully. As such, we are looking for a Social Media expert with a strong creative drive, preferably with a deep understanding of Gaming and Sports. This role reports directly to the Managing Director for the Nordics.

Specific responsibilities

• Work closely with the E-Commerce team and media agencies to analyze and improve day to day performance while seeking out improvements.
• Own our campaign plan within Sportsbook and Gaming, and ensure execution across relevant channels
• Own all content related to online acquisition, including imagery, display banners, landing pages, SEO content, PPC keywords and videos.
• Continuous product testing of ourselves and competitors
• Keep exploring new digital opportunities, channels and concepts. We are looking for a digital expert with curiosity and creativity, to challenge the status quo.

What we would like to see from you

• Minimum 2 to 3 years working in Digital Marketing, preferably in the iGaming industry;
• Native Danish with a deep understanding of Danish consumer behaviour, media landscape and mentality
• Experience with tracking tools such as Google Analytics as well as a deep understanding of main KPIs in online acquisition strategies and how these KPIs interact
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Sports knowledge is considered a plus
• Excellent analytical skills and a born team player
• The ability to work across multiple team in a matrix organization and manage project deliveries within tight deadlines
• Highly organized.
