Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers by phone, e-mail and online to provide exceptional service
• Controlling, product information, delivery of deliveries, returns, etc.
• Establish a relationship with customers to help them with their requests.
• Discuss new products and handle multiple tasks to quickly resolve customer queries.
• Identify ways to improve procedures to improve sales, brand loyalty and customer service and experience.
• Update our systems with information and help marketing, retail and other teams to further improve customer service and satisfaction.

Required qualities:

• Mastery of French to oral and writing (C1 minimum)
• Good level of English (B2 minimum)
• Communication / argument facilities
• Taste for teamwork
• Good computer skills
• Working authorization for citizens outside UE

Contract and Benefits:

• CDI
• 950 € Basic salary
• Benefits meal (6 € / day)
• Place of work: Porto (Portugal)
• Monday to Sunday (2 days of rest in the week)
