In this position, you will be working for a major US startup company. Since going to market in 2018, its revolutionary product, which enhances health through sanitization, has been a phenomenal success. To help with its European success, we are building teams of bilingual professionals here at TTEC Belfast. It's an amazing opportunity to join a great team and grow with the company.

What will your typical day look like?

As a Bilingual Inbound Sales Representative, you will handle customer interactions and establish a relationship of trust with them to increase their level of satisfaction and confidence. Specifically,
you will:

• Handle incoming inquiries and sales orders from our customers in a positive and enthusiastic manner
• Actively listen to customers to better understand their needs
• Upsell, cross sell and objection handle
• Preform basic troubleshooting to assist customers with issues
• Propose products and services that meet their needs
• Solve customer issues
• Redirect them to someone else for help, if required
• Ensure the customer leaves the interaction feeling reassured and impressed

You are:

• Fluent in English (C1) and French (to at least C2 proficiency)
• Dynamic, passionate and caring
