Job Description

The CRM Lifecycle Manager designs and implements customer lifecycle campaigns and communications, both for transactional and marketing purposes. Our goal is to optimize player activity and (re)design customer journeys for online and digital shop customers. By increasing the customer lifetime value, you can make an active contribution to the Tipico success story!

Responsibilities: 

  • You develop and implement automations and personalized lifecycle campaigns (also real-time interactions) across multiple channels with a strong focus on users' lifecycle journeys, based on modeling customer behavior.
  • You conduct A/B tests of customer lifecycles to continuously optimize the quality and performance of email campaigns.
  • In order to improve the quality of the life cycles, you are in constant contact with Marketing Intelligence, other CRM teams and the data team.
  • You support various CRM projects (tool implementation, Emarsys setup and expansion, improvement of existing marketing tools).
  • To ensure fast and successful progress, you work closely with other teams, departments and third-party providers.

Which skills you should bring to the pitch:

  • Linguistic proficiency. Native speaker or fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written, are essential.
  • Qualifications: You have a bachelor's/master's degree/MBA in business administration (BWL), marketing or a comparable qualification.
  • Professional experience: You have at least one year of professional experience in a similar function with prior knowledge of CRM. You score with us if you have already gained experience in the iGaming/gambling industry or in e-commerce.
  • Cooperation. You will work with other teams, departments and third parties (stakeholder management) to ensure rapid and successful progress. This requires strong communication and presentation skills as well as good negotiation skills.

  • tech savvy You have in-depth knowledge of MS Excel. A basic understanding of HTML and SQL is an advantage. The use of at least one marketing automation tool (preferably Emarsys) completes your profile.
